About Me

Meet Dr. Divyasri Aathram: Your Partner in Clinical Lactation & Infant Nutrition

Science-Backed Guidance for Every Drop and Every Bite🤱🏻

Hi, I’m Dr. Divyasri Aathram, PharmD. I am a Certified Lactation Professional (CLP) and an Infant & Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Expert certified by BPNI (Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India).

My journey into maternal and infant nutrition has grown from my background in pharmacy and clinical sciences and my passion for helping families make informed decisions about their health.

I am a Doctor of Pharmacy with expertise in clinical pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, therapeutics, clinical research, and evidence-based healthcare. My PharmD education gave me a strong foundation in understanding medicines, clinical care, research, and how scientific evidence can be translated into practical healthcare decisions.

Over time, my interest naturally grew toward breastfeeding, lactation, infant nutrition, and early childhood feeding. Since 2022, I have been providing lactation support, helping mothers and families navigate breastfeeding and the questions and challenges that can come with this important stage of life.

I am also a Certified Lactation Professional (CLP) and an Infant & Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Expert through BPNI. These areas of learning have deepened my understanding of breastfeeding, complementary feeding, infant feeding, and the importance of establishing healthy feeding practices during the early years.

Why I Created Little Life Nutrition

Becoming a parent can come with so many questions.

When should I start solids?
What should I give my baby first?
How much should my baby eat?
When should I introduce allergens?
Is gagging normal?
When should I move from purées to finger foods?

And with so much information available online, it can sometimes be difficult to know what to trust.

I created Little Life Nutrition because I wanted to make infant and child nutrition information simpler, clearer, and more practical for parents.

My aim is not to give parents another list of rigid rules to follow. Instead, I want to help you understand the why behind feeding recommendations so that you can make confident decisions for your own child.

What I Believe

I believe nutrition guidance should be evidence-informed, practical, realistic, and compassionate.

Every baby is different. Every family is different. Feeding does not always look perfect and it doesn’t have to.

My role is to help you understand the evidence, recognize what matters most, and feel more confident as you navigate breastfeeding, starting solids, complementary feeding, textures, allergens, responsive feeding, and your child’s developing relationship with food.

Through Little Life Nutrition, I hope to give parents something more valuable than another set of instructions:

clarity, confidence, and reassurance.

Because feeding your baby shouldn’t feel like a test you are afraid to get wrong.

It should be a journey you can approach with knowledge, flexibility, and confidence.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I hope Little Life Nutrition becomes a trusted resource for you and your family.
